So since there no summary will put but now read about 100 chap , guy has power of surgery fuit of law from one piece.
He got pim particles somehow and can go to different dimensions or worlds ( Harry Potter etc).
But he nags country is all powerful can deal with him anytime (he is us citizen now, former Chinese guy),Fury comes and order him for now and he is OK with it ,which am not ok with.
He seems scared country or shield will take his company or technology even after getting iron man suit with arc reactor making , pim particle, magic from Harry Potter and Kamara Taj and various other thing

After MC replaces Dr. Strange…story is becoming more chaotic and without any plot..it becomes boring and totally unreadable due to story plot as well as translation issue.
